Firestone Complete Auto Care

Worked with Brodie and Alex, made the process easy, Got the alignment done right and quick and just overall good service, out of all the Firestone in the area this is probably the only one where I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me extra stuff or hassle me, highly recommend ????????

I have had a positive experience with this Firestone location. I receive quick service for my lifetime wheel alignment, allowing me to get my other errands done on my off today. Way quicker than going to the dealership. Brodie, has great phone etiquette and assisted me with all my needs.

Not great experience The dude at the counter refused to help a lady with a broken back put her tire in her car and then he told me they were closed when I told him I needed a new tire. I was going to leave my car there and my wife was already headed to pick me up. If he hadnt barked at me, he would have known that and then tomorrow I had planned to drop my truck off which I had planned on getting high end tires. Oh well…. Guess ntb or discount wins again and Firestone makes NO PROFIT which I’m pretty sure is the goal of running a business ????‍♂️
