I just left there and I must give them 5 stars! Super fast, super attentive. I need oil change + inspection their inspector wasn’t in for the day. They went the extra mile and find another shop down the street that could service me for my inspection. And for that alone 5 stars because it shows they care they didn’t have to provide that solution for me. Frank and the whole staff is super nice!

I called to get a quote on a brake job, and the man on the phone was more interested in getting my vehicle into the shop then providing a quote, which I specifically asked for when I called him. Called three other shops and they could provide me a number as soon as I told them the make, model, year, and what I wanted. Will not be using this shop, since I had to drag prices out of him, and the numbers quoted didn't even include labor costs.

Fastest oil change I’ve ever had! Not only do they work fast, but they are super friendly and helpful without trying to sell you anything. I highly recommend Richland Auto and will be back for all of my oil changes. Service: Oil change
