Not reliable. Battery light came on in my car and I stopped at Auto Zone to check it. AZ told me it was a bad alternator. I called a few shops around to see who was open (it was a Friday evening), this shop was open and I told them what the issue was and of they can fix it. They informed me to just pick up the alternator from AZ since I was already there. I purchased and took the alternator to this shop to replace it and it worked fine until a week later, battery light was coming back on and off. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back in. They said that they think the alternator is bad and that Auto Zone parts aren't reliable (even though it was a brand new alternator!!). However, the person who helped me the first time said that since I purchased the part myself that I would have to pay for the labor again! I told him I wish he would have told me that before I purchased it! Then he told me that AutoZone would have to reimburse me for the cost of the labor to put the new o

this place is as good as any, but the people here are very friendly and comprehensive. i've had my car fixed there several times, My car is an O2 Jaguar. I also have a 98 ranger. I either let Them fix it or sometimes I'll tell them what I want them to do to it. I can't say I don't have to sign a waiver if it's something that I want them to do to do. but they sure will do it. And they do it right . I haven't tried to act like an overbearing type of customer yet. I hope I never do with them. I like it when there's nobody there and you can be almost the first person in line. But that doesn't happen often. Oscar and Omar seem to run the place, along with the mechanics. I love him so much.
