Okay, Gabriel at this location totally blew me away with his level of customer service. I just moved to the area and ran into some MAJOR car trouble on 635 which caused me to need a lot of help, a new car, and additional service where the dealership fell short. Gabriel went above and beyond my expectations during a very stressful time and gave me peace of mind that I could drive home feeling safe and well-informed. Because of him, this is now the ONLY place I will take my car for maintenance in the future! If you need top notch service from real people you can trust, choose this place. I doubt you'll be disappointed by the level of care and attention to detail they provide.

Made a quick call today asking if they could do my Tesla car inspection for registration purpose, got an affirmative answer, NO long waits, had the report in my hand in 10 minutes, thanks to Gabriel. Friendly crew, excellent customer service, do use them????

I am not a person who usually writes reviews, so the fact that I'm writing this says a lot about this particular KwikKar. I was first greeted by Pete, and he got my truck right in. I have a general distrust for mechanics, but Pete quickly diagnosed the problem with my truck. He then showed me what was wrong and asked if I would like them to perform the services. The amount of professionalism and knowledge from this man was astonishing. I also had the pleasure of meeting another knowledgeable and professional employee named Gabe after Pete fixed my truck. Gabe performed a state inspection quickly and efficiently. I expected to spend about 5 hours at KwikKar with everything I needed done, and I was out of there with a new inspection and a fixed truck in just over an hour.
