Got my vehicle’s front brake pads and rotors replaced here. After I get the vehicle back my brakes have been grinding like crazy upon coming to a complete stop and letting off the brake. This is after I figured I’d give it time maybe it will stop? Nope. How is it that hard to replace them and not notice that something is obviously not right? Especially something this simple. Now I have to find the time to bring it back in and attempt to get them to fix it but I’m not hopeful. Poor job overall.

I don't live near this location but while running errands near there I called to see if they could squeeze in a vehicle inspection... when I arrived 5 minutes before their inspector guy was scheduled to leave, but he stayed later to do my car, and was so nice about it! While waiting I had a fun conversation with Jason and Jaun in between customers checking out... it was such a pleasurable experience I will bring my car here in the future even though it's out of my way because I want to give them my business. I brought in a 2012 Lexus IS250 to have check engine light diagnosed. It turned out the engine needed cleaning, and the job appeared to have gone well. However, the car lost power steering during the fix, the mechanic couldn't get it to work, and I was recommended to bring the car to a dealership. I did, and, fortunately, a system reset was able to bring power steering back. I have asked the mechanic to reimburse me for the cost of fixing power steering ($180), but he refused because his team tried their best to fix it in the first place. I believe they did, but, in the end, I'm out $180 in addition to the cost of cleaning the engine. I don't consider this a positive experience.
