Tay set me up with an alignment. He was very good at keeping me up to date as the prev car was taking a bit longer than expected. Car drives straight now! Great interactive crew there.
The team at Brakes Plus in Plano is consistently first class. Tay provided a level of customer service that you usually do not see - professional, timely, and sensitive to the customer’s needs. The technician Johvanny completed the repair in a very timely manner and also took the time to explain what he did. Overall, a great experience for me.
This is my go to spot for all things needed on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee and a few months ago they put in a new motor for me.. (350K miles) that runs amazing they always are fair and woman and they never try to get over! I just needed transmission fluid and Scott was super awesome to not charge me. Service: Transmission
