Made an appointment for service/ordered a part 3 days before since I was visiting from out of town. When I got there to drop the car off, they had my part, but no records of the appointment for service, said they were "swamped," but they'd hope to have my car ready by the end of the day, the following day they said for sure they'd have it ready, no update, no courtesey call. 1/2 hour before closing I called to check, they said still swamped, but it'll be 1st thing in the morning, by 9 at the latest. I came by at 10:30 and it still wasn't in their garage! Again, no courtesy call for an update that it wasn't going to be ready when promised. Finally done late that same day, meanwhile I missed 2 extra days of work since I couldn't leave town. No discount offered. No customer service. Maybe this review will contribute to their being not so swamped, b/c that's not doing them any favors.

I went in to see if they had a throw out bearing for my dune buggy and they had it in stock the gentlemen at the register told me if i need the clips and i said nah i reuse the old one. Well turns out i needed the clips cause mine were demolished. Long story short THESE PEOPLE KNOW THEIR STUFF.

Came in on Saturday at 9am only to find nobody was here, nor where there any store hours posted and will not answer their phone. I've been here in the past and did great work but now clearly something changed and I will be forced to go elsewhere.
