These people are the Greatest!!!! I brought my vehicle in and spoke with Patrick. He went over everything with me and made sure I understood the process. He introduced me to the shop foreman Chris and asked me to go for a ride with Chris to duplicate my concern. Chris was very professional and friendly. I duplicated my concern with Chris. Patrick gave me a vehicle to drive while mine was in for repairs. That was Awesome!! He called me about 1 O'clock the next day with a diagnoses and a quote for repair. I authorized the repair. Patrick called me the next day and said my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I got there my car was Clean!!! I did not expect that. Now that I've had time to process what happened right in front of my eyes, I can share my tragic lose. Having a part replaced on my car that I didn't ask for but a different part, I arrived at the repair shop after waiting four long days to get her back. I payed a hefty fee for the repair so I waited eagerly for the service agent to turn over my keys. As I waited in the glass entryway of the shop, I noticed heavy smoke, as if someone was grilling right outside the front door. I went outside expecting to see one of the mechanics with grilling utensils, but instead I saw, heavy smoke plumes coming from the hood of my car. I immediately yelled, "My car is on fire!!!" and the word FIRE spread faster than the paint that was melting off the hood of my now engulfed car. Everyone that worked there ran toward the car with fire extinguishers and a water hose.
