A Professional mechanic. I've known him for years and if I can't fix it my self, I take the problem to Frank. Reasonable prices and fair, he works on older vehicles and new ones.
Frank was great. He replaced a defective ABS modulator and flushed the brake lines. Very affordable
I called this business asking them to help me understand how they would diagnose and cost out an error code causing a check engine light on my car. The technician on the phone said he could not find the error code “P200A” in his system. I responded a little confused saying that I Googled the error code and it seems pretty common to which he responded “if you can Google the error code, then you can fix it yourself.” and hung up. I wasn’t trying to be rude in saying that I Googled it and it seems common nor was I implying that I know how to fix this myself. When an ego like that gets in the way of a business doing it’s job as a business (bringing in customers and making $$), that ego has no place in that business.
