Walmart Auto Care Centers

First time buying a full set of tires from Walmart. Buying experience was quite good. It was nice not having to deal with the barrage of up-sales that I’m used to experiencing at other tire stores.

Had no clue what the promotional deal was about including the manager. The guy working the counter was not friendly whatsoever and when I started asking questions got an attitude. No where to properly sit while waiting to get your car serviced. Also they no longer are allowed to get inside your car and vacuum it out along with other things. Doesn’t make much sense to me seeing as they have to get inside my car to move it into the service area.

Outstanding customer service!!!! I have been dealing with tire problems after purchasing at the Midland store. I took my car to the Dixie farm location and they incorrectly patched my tire. I finally came to this location and the managers Pleshette and Alfred went above and beyond to contact the other stores and get me taken care of! Alfred even showed me the patch that was incorrectly put on the inside of the tire. Pleshette was VERY understanding and patient while being the middle man and contacting the other store and kept me informed. And lastly Eugnia & Jeremy at the registers were also very accommodating and made sure I had copies of all paperwork and kept me company while I waited. 10/10 customer service!!! Service: Tires
