Bayway Chevrolet Service Center

Unfortunately we’ve had to take our truck here a few times for repairs, but we always have a pleasant experience. I wanted to deducted a star because they don’t have loaners, even when getting a new transmission, but the customer service makes up for it.

Though they, Barbara, called us and asked questions to clarify on multiple occasions, we had to get the phone number for the extended warranty company, which is just CPP. They had all the paperwork they needed, but we still had to call to give them more information. I have never had extended warranty for a car, and they made it seem like it was more inconvenient for them that we had it. Then they said that the warranty declined it because they said that we wanted them to fix the wheels, when we said no to the service advisor. We had to call and talk to 3 different people including the manager at the warranty company to update the claim and get just the tires done. This process took almost a week, just for tires. I am not returning. They were not very friendly and didn't seem to care if you were happy or not. Very impersonal place. Service: Tires
