After taking my car to 2 different auto shops that could not complete the task, Bayway Chevrolet was able to have my car completed in literary just a few days. They communicated with me informing me on the process of my vehicle. I would recommend using this establishment services. David ,and Caesar was amazing to me. They were kind, fast and very professional.

I had my tires stolen on 12/14. My truck was left on bricks. Because the claim was filed with my insurance, the truck had to go to a collision center. I choose the dealership I bought the truck at thinking it would be smooth. It wasn’t. I could never get a hold of Steve unless I emailed him first. If I called he was never available. But my boyfriend called and they answered him right away. Once all parts arrived, he told me it wouldn’t be ready because one rim had a chip on it so they had to order it again. I asked why couldn’t they have inspected all parts before starting the work. The manager said because it would damage all the rims if they took them out and put them back in the packaging. When the manager called me he was very condescending. He started off the call with “before you start”. Before I start what? Complaining? That was very unprofessional.
