If I could give it no stars I would.I usually never give a review even if the place is bad, but I have to say I was annoyed by everything this place had to offer. Definitely worst mechanic shop I’ve been to. This place had me sitting in the lobby for 3 hours with both of my children because they couldn't preform a 1hour alignment and tire rotation. Four shop employees and a very rude manager (which he was on his personal phone the entire time).Not to mention when they tried telling us our car was ready my husband took it out for a test drive and the FRONT left tire was loose. Then we tried reaching out to the owner to let him know about the poor management and lack of costumer service but it kept going to voicemail.

I've gone here multiple times. I went last week and got an oil change. The next day my car didn't want to accelerate. It would slip when I pressed on the gas and would go up to 4 rpms before shifting into 2nd gear. I called the shop and was told they couldn't do anything about it until the following day. I went in (now two days later) and on my way there my trac off and engine light came on. They refused to do anything but run a diagnostics check on my car. I was not having any problems with my car before taking it here for a simple oil change. Now I'm out $4,000 getting my transmission fixed at a different shop.

I had been having a terrible vibration in my van. So I took it to get an alignment. They did the alignment but it didn't fix the problem. I figured since they were doing the alignment they would find the problem but they they didn't know what what was causing the vibration. The alignment was good and the waiting room was nice and the staff was pleasant but they couldn't fix my problem.
