Not happy about someone ripping the Freightliner emblem off the front of my truck.. I guess that's what happens when the front desk doesn't call to let you know your trucks ready and it sits out on your property wasting time and money.. I took pictures the day before when he started the job and afterwards.
They took excellent care of me and the staff did a fantastic job insuring I got the perfect fit for my truck without relying on iffy online parts ordering at a great price with all the knowledge and support you can only get locally.
After paying close to $500. Very poor "professional" radiator installation!! Power steering hose not re-connected properly!! Transmission Line not re-connected properly!!! This happened after installation immediately after driving away from the shop!! MAJOR loss of transmission fluid while driving!! Now my transmission is not the same and the truck dives differently.!! There has been no offer or follow-up to help, not even for a refund...!!! PLEASE anyone who considers taking your vehicle there. DO NOT!!!! Lets see if they rectify this sitiation and own up to what they did.
