The best mechanics in town. Honest and they do great work. Been going to them for 10 years and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else

Did not diagnose my car right when another shop found the problem. They way over charged for a battery install, questionable if needed at all. They let my car leave with the check engine light still on and could not tell me exactly what the problem was. May give them another try on really easy stuff I don't want to do.

First and foremost these people need to learn customer service. Could'nt even give a simple Hello or how are You or anything? They are rude & inconsiderate. Didnt even call to tell me my car was ready, I had to call and ask. I picked up my car after 6 weeks of excuses saying we only have 2 mechanics and they are busy. " My Car was totally trashed and all items in glove box, arm rest storage thrown on seats and floor and all of my Tools and other things for the car stolen from the trunk. K&N response was "We are not responsible it was someone else who stole your stuff". Then told me to shut up when I complained. I will never use them again ! Use at your own risk ?
