JJJ Alignment and AutoRepair

I’m not sure where all of these rave reviews came from, unless it’s family and friends. Probably the most disorganized shop I have ever seen. I dropped my vehicle off when they opened at 9am to have the front end and shocks checked out. Was told it should take an hour or two. After a few unanswered phone calls, I had my coworker take me back over at 1:30pm. I was told that they had 2-3 vehicles from yesterday ahead of me, and it would be a couple more hours. I told them that I no longer had a ride, and just to give me my keys back. He couldn’t find them with all of the other service tickets and keys laid out. He walked back over to the podium where he had taken my contact info 4 1/2hrs earlier, moved a few papers around and said “Is this them?” They never ever made it into the service line. This place is a joke!

My service truck F450 steering wasn’t right and extreme vibration. Being under enterprise I’m limited to what I can do myself. I heard about JJJ Automotive here in odessa. These guys did an outstanding job. This truck drives like new. They worked late to get it done also. You won’t find the quantity of workmanship or the customer service like working late to get you going anywhere else. I recommend going here.They also do insurance claims too. I can’t get both sides in the picture lol.

The WORST place to take your vehicle to in Odessa!!!! They don’t give you many updates and they give you the run-around on everything and when you ask for paper work or receipts on parts that were installed in your vehicle they can’t give you anything. Joey has horrible customer service skills. They also leave parts and covers missing on your vehicle after working on it. Don’t waste your time and money on this garbage place. Very unprofessional.
