I wish I could give less than a zero but I cannot. Worst customer service. They will tell you it’ll be quick n and out but everyone in the bay is always on break. Customers get tired of waiting and keep asking for an update and the Eli the manager and the girl upfront rather leave to the bay and pretend their job is in the back rather than push the techs to hurry and get cars out. It’s amazing how they are still open. This experience is by far one of the worse I’ve had. Please go to a different place for car repair.
Great customer service.if you can plan ahead and schedule a appointments and they will get you right in. so far the best fire stone I’ve ever been to cross United States. The employees try to answer all your questions, friendly, staff, manager .I had them install a new 18 inch tire on a rockstar SUV. On my Import suv did amazing job.
Customer representative mentioned 1 or 1:30. It had been 2 hours and still my vehicle hadn’t been touched. They had same vehicles in shop throughout the entire time. Seen staff repeatedly conversating between each other. Service: Tires
