My elderly mother was sent here by her insurance company for body work. She was supposed to get her car on the 7th, on her way to get it she was called and told wouldn’t be ready until the 12th. She got it and a few days later went to get her tire pressure checked and her new tire had been stolen and an old worn tire put on. She had not been anywhere else so it was stolen and replaced by someone at epic. When she went back to epic with the paperwork from Forrest Tire the people at epic treated her like she was lying and pulled video tapes to prove she was wrong. Nothing was shown (go figure) but they did order her a new tire at Forrest to replace it after an hour of practically calling her a liar! If I lived closer I’d gone up there myself with her. Shame on you and this company. I will pass the word…trust me Service: Body & Trim

I have had this shop perform body work on 2 separate vehicles. I have been very happy with their work. I had a dealership complement the work that was performed on my wife's challenger.
