Very unprofessional. Charged insurance company (USAA) for work that was not done then claimed they are not qualified to do electrical work. I have contacted my insurance company USAA to investigate Eli’s Auto Body for fraud. I requested a detailed invoice to be emailed to me ASAP, however was told that the scanner broke the same day (how convenient). Stay away from this place. I will ensure this place is reported to the BBB. Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning
Very friendly and understanding owner, walks you thru the whole process of repairs and what to expect if filing an insurance claim.
Called ahead of time to make sure someone would be there to give me an estimate because I was going during my lunch hour , was assured someone would be there.Well when I went on my lunch break no one was there to give me an estimate waste of time.
