These guys are awesome and truly professional. I had an issue with my battery wiring that caused my charging system to malfunction and left me with my truck dead on the side of the road during a cross country trip. I called them at 10am and asked if they could get a look at it the same day, and they assured me they would be able to check out my truck in the afternoon. I got there, and despite seeing that they were absolutely slammed, they found the issue with my wiring in less than 20 minutes. I was repaired, charging system and batteries tested, and back on the road within an hour and a half of showing up on the tow truck. The price for the work performed was more than fair. My husband and I travel constantly with our 6 month old due to his Job and all of a sudden our ac went out abruptly. AC is required when traveling with a baby so I called about 10 different places who all said the same, “We cannot take anymore vehicles for another week.” We thought we were going to have to travel 5 hours in a hot car but then I came across this business and they were so quick to tell me “Bring your car over, we’ll take a look at it”. After figuring out the problem they were able to fix my car by the next morning! They were a life saver and now my AC works better than ever! These folks are the most honest and willing to support group of people you will ever find. Twice they took such great care of my needs. One time they didn't even charge me after troubleshooting a problem for me. The second time, I recommended a friend to them and Medlock fixed their car at a much less cost because my friend had bad advice from a different mechanic and Medlock said it was just a loose wire and not a bad alternator.
