Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been to shops to go in for these things and have had my stuff stolen from my trunk. I didn’t even ask them to clean it when it was done but they did. I loved how friendly and fast they were. Would recommend anyone to go here to get their vehicle fixed. It was like the car accident never happened. UPDATE: my trunk won’t shut correctly from the new repairs. It’s been a few months since the repairs and it wont close properly. The repair work was great but the customer service was top notch. Rita was my advisor & kept me updated during the repairs. I would definitely recommend this shop.
Wrecked my truck and needed side panel and front bumper repair. First time in for repairs Caliber forgot to put on my Z71 logo and front bumper was scratched after repairs. Noticed at inspection with manager. Caliber did the right thing and asked me to bring it back and they would fix at no extra cost. I agreed because customer service was great. 2nd time in the shop to fix scratch, the front bumper came back from paint with yet another bigger scratch in different area! Frustrated because i was tired of not having my truck and lengthy process, i just took the truck anyway so i could have it back. I would NOT recommend Caliber Collision. Customer service is great, but body shop needs to do a better job. After $3,700 in repairs and 2 trips to the shop, i know the paint will start peeling and cost me more in the near future.
