Drop my car there on 25 January 2023 got a text stating estimate repair completion of 7 February 2023. I called on 6 February to make payment and was told it would not be done until the 10 February 2023 and if any delays occur I would receive a call. I went to the shop to pick it up on the 10 February 2023 and was told again it was not ready with no call or text. I then got text on the 14 February stating it would be ready on the 16 February 2024 so once again I called to be told no it not be ready and that I would receive a call when it was complete. So finally today 15 February 2023 I received a call to say it was ready and I will go tomorrow morning 16 February 2023 to see if it’s ready. If not then I will be taking legal action.
