QuickAlign Brakes and Suspension

Very disappointed with this business. Dropped our vehicle off at our scheduled appointment time. When the appt was made was told service would take 1-2hrs. Upon dropping it off it was explained they were running behind, no big deal they set the expectation. Well after 3hrs and no word from them we drove by the facility and our vehicle was still in the parking lot with the hood up so we called to check on the status and was told they couldn’t get to it to come pick it up. We went back and our vehicle was now in the bay and upon their initial inspection it may need more work than just an alignment and we can schedule this for the following week. This initial inspection couldn’t have taken more than 10 min because that’s how long it took us to get back after we saw it in the parking lot. Hopefully this review will prevent someone else from wasting an afternoon waiting for scheduled service to not be done. If you can’t handle the work you shouldn’t take it on. The name doesn’t match

Great service and free of charge since then couldn’t do my alignment because of systemic issues that they need more time to diagnose and solve. Thank you!!!alignment much better than when I brought it in, gratefully.

I've been bringing my vehicles here for 25 years. I've never been done wrong. It's always been an honest diagnosis with a quality repair. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
