Robbins Toyota Service Center

We bought our Toyota from Robbins at the end of February. Brand new off the trucks beautiful 2023 Camry. The salesmen were amazing but services on the other hand has been nothing but trouble. They told me they would call to set up an appointment for my window tint (which I was paying for) it took them a month to set up an appointment. Then when said appointment came around I drove the hour there (with a screaming toddler) for them to call me as I’m pulling into the parking lot (5 minutes before said appointment) and cancel my appointment. I then walked in and set up a new appointment for about 2 weeks out. Arrived at that appointment and told it would take 45 minutes to an hour (no big deal) 4 and half hours later I’m calling to see what the status of my car was for them to say “ it took longer because we had to restart the window tint due to dirty windows” mind you most windows tints you clean the window prior to doing the tint. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I own a 2018 Toyota CH-R. Bought it brand new from Robbins Toyota. On Wednesday November 17, 2021, my car wouldn't start. My husband who is pretty handy attempted to fix the problem. He initially thought it was a fuse assembly that sits on top of the battery. He called Robbins Toyota and spoke with a service technician and described the part that he needed. He picked up the part on Thursday, November 18. 2021. When my husband compared the new part to the part that he removed from the car, it was determined the parts were not identical. Luckily we did not need that part. Our problem was a 10 Amp fuse and a bad battery. We went to Robbins Toyota to get a refund from the $69.00 part. The service manager, Ms. Laray (sorry if I misspelled your name) wanted to charge us a restocking fee of $12.00. Robbins is a great place to get get your vehicle serviced. Ramiro does a great job of keeping me updated on my vehicles and when they are ready. I always know it will be fixed right and ready to go.
