I had not been there since new ownership. Very courteous, professional. Performed job within the time frame specified. No complaints. Aware of my concern that I do not sqealing brakes. Understood my request and explained the causes and mechanics of the brakes. Only thing I would say is check your online appointments or just take them away if unable to check them. I had an excellent experience at Grace Automax! My sons AC started acting up on a Saturday morning, just as he was leaving home to return to college. Reggie and Anthony at Grace got us in and out quickly on a busy Saturday so that he could get on the road for his long drive back to school. They were very professional and the service was top notch! I don't know where to begin with this review... I have never had such a pleasant experience as I had the few minutes I spent at Grace's. Every employee from the owner, to the front desk employee to the employees servicing my vehicle, were caring, friendly and kind. I was referred by a friend and I will have both of my adult kids bring their vehicles for their car service needs as well as my friends too. Plus the time it took to complete the service on my vehicle was not long at all. About time I got comfortable in my seat to wait, the wait was over and I was being called because my vehicle was ready. I will without hesitation return again and again. #100Stars
