Been going here for the last couple years. Staff is knowledgeable, straight up and up front with prices. They don't over charge like some of the spots nearby. My wife and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I called before going to auto check his tone was not very customer service but he did tell me his fee. In everything we do I feel our tone is a major part. He failed in our conversation. Im thinking being female he can respond in a unpleasant tone. Mechanics in business should talk to people with CS. He quoted his diagnostic fee with no problem but did he want my business nope. I really question his reviews. I’m only given two stars because he did answer the phone.
Very fast and efficient they were able to loosen all my tuff bolts so that I could go home and bedline.
