Hector was very helpful. He gave a quick and accurate estimate of work that needed to be done to my car. Estimate was very detailed and exact and showed fair pricing for work and materials.

My vehicle was hit at the end of last year, the person at fault had insurance, they sent me to this spot. Left it there a couple days after having to make a reservation with them, told them my main concern was to get my trunk, taillights, and bumper fixed up. Didn’t really need work done up front or anywhere else. (I was rear ended) Couple days passed by only for them to call me back offering me $1,400 or something saying my vehicle was “Totaled”, (My car still runs, cold AC, no leaks or problems) I decline their offer, I then have to pay a “buy back” fee to get my vehicle back, and by the time I got there to pick up my vehicle my entire front bumper was gone, so I still had to wait for them to put it all back together. They hadn’t even touched the back end where the hit actually was, all they did was take off my front bumper, shuffle my stuff around and left circles of marker all over my car Not a fun experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. The other persons insurance was also Geico. Ser
