My son took his car there and was ripped off was charged close to 4k for things that they only know what they are and the problem for the one he took the car was not fix plus getting the auto out a lot of things weren't working . So he paid for his car to get jacked off. This places is a peace of garbage Services: Exhaust, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance, Oil change
COMMUNICATION WAS AWFUL AND THEY DID WORK THAT WAS NEVER APPROVED! Dropped my car off on March 13th for them to diagnose why my ABS light was on and also to reprogram the airbag as my husband made a mistake when he was diagnosing the vehicle himself. Was originally told it would take a couple days for them to get to my van and they reassured me they wouldn’t do any work without our permission. It took a little over two weeks for them to diagnose the problem. When they talked to my husband they only talked about fixing the airbag module and didn’t even mention my ABS. We were quoted “$1400.00 out the door including tax.” Since it was already over 1k to fix one problem my husband didn’t even bring up the ABS and verbally approved the work which was a HUGE mistake. For the next 3 weeks both my husband and I were lied to every time we called trying to get updates. They kept saying they were waiting on shipping, but wouldn’t give any more details. I started getting really worried after the
Check engine light came on. Did not dig deep into the problem, instead kept the Murano for one week and replaced the mass air flow sensor, ( even though I had just replaced it three months earlier ) and charged me over $400. including labor of nearly $250. It took me 10 minutes to replace the MAF sensor. Same problem occurred 3 months later, I did not bring it back to Wall Street Automotive. It was the air intake boot that had 2 cracks in the boot, which Wall Street Automotive did not see, and I was charged $242. from my new repair shop. They fixed the problem in one day, not one week. Service: General repairs & maintenance
