This is the third time in three years that I come to them for auto-body repair. I live in Odessa, but I don’t have a problem going to Midland if it means I don’t have any problems. I figured I would be a loyal customer since I have no major complaints about the first two repairs and the insurance company recommended them. To start off, it was a simple repair and it was completed in two days. I went in to pick up my vehicle and I was told that the guy that was supposed to look over my vehicle with me was busy, but to just call later if there were any complaints. I decided to check it out in the lot before I drove it off just in case. I noticed some damage that wasn’t there when I initially dropped it off. I went in immediately and the guy was available all the sudden. I show him the damage and he took pictures. The damage looked like something tipped over and fell on it.
