Pat Gray Collision Center

I honestly was skeptical on using them because of the bad ratings. I know Luis personally from Loop 250 collision and I know Landon from Texland. My insurance wanted to use Pat Gray since their estimate was less expensive. Overall they did a great job. We picked up the vehicle on 1/13/22. Last night we noticed that the back drivers side door was engaging the child lock everytime my Son opened the door. We would switch it off and it would engage itself again. We are taking the car back to have it looked at. With out this issue I would have given them 5 stars, hopefully they can fix it while we wait.

This is the third time in three years that I come to them for auto-body repair. I live in Odessa, but I don’t have a problem going to Midland if it means I don’t have any problems. I figured I would be a loyal customer since I have no major complaints about the first two repairs and the insurance company recommended them. To start off, it was a simple repair and it was completed in two days. I went in to pick up my vehicle and I was told that the guy that was supposed to look over my vehicle with me was busy, but to just call later if there were any complaints. I decided to check it out in the lot before I drove it off just in case. I noticed some damage that wasn’t there when I initially dropped it off. I went in immediately and the guy was available all the sudden. I show him the damage and he took pictures. The damage looked like something tipped over and fell on it. He called for the foreman to check out the damage. The foreman kept coming back and forth from the office. At one of
