Was traveling from Houston back to the West Coast my Mercedes-Benz lost the serpentine belt. We found Danny’s on the Internet. I had the car towed there at lunchtime. They had us back on the road by four. What a fantastic place. The young lady (Charlie) was extremely accommodating. Paid for an Uber so we could go to the mall. Having been in the automotive business all my life this place is a jewel.

From the first phone call to them to the day I picked up my car...the experience was absolutely the best. How thankful I am for their kindness of helping me tow my car and for the Uber service. Hands down the best customer service experience ever. They got the rear differential replaced and back up and running sooner than expected. I could not have asked for better. Chris the owner and Caleb stayed in contact w me and were willing to explain all things in detail. On top of that they sent a video while the mechanic was doing his inspection and of what they found. I took my car in for a headlight repair that may have possibly been an electrical issue. Granted, this is not something they advertise to work on but they said they would go ahead and look at it. when I dropped it off all my lights, except one headlight, and one tail light we’re working. I advised them of this. Three hours after I dropped it off, I received a call stating that they were going to have to take it apart to see what was going on. They quoted $312.00 to repair the brake light, tail light, back up light and a headlight. I had not carefully read that before signing it and telling them to go ahead. I just wanted my headlight to get repaired. hours later, they tell me everything is working. they could not find anything wrong and that they did not have to take it apart. Yet I had a bill for $307. yes their time costs, but exactly how much time spent, i could not say. I picked up my car.
