I'm very pleased with my experience at Caliber! Kim was my rep throughout the process, and she was very communicative and helpful. The front desk admins were also very friendly and pleasant. I was kept up to date on the status of repairs, and they drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental when Enterprise quoted a long wait. My truck has only been out of the shop for a week, but everything appears to be in working order. They even washed the exterior and wiped down/vacuumed the interior before I arrived for pick up. Should I need repairs in the future, Caliber will most definitely be my first choice! Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
Caliber Collison was a great help to me after I got in a car accident Todd mount and his staff were amazing great communication and very friendly ! And when I got my vehicle back it looks amazing as ever Thank your Caliber definitely will be recommending you to friends and family if they ever need work done to there cars definitely give them a 10/10 great job and thank you :)
Our insurance recommended Caliber Collision. I had never heard of it but the customer service was excellent, the staff was very knowledgeable which I really appreciated.
