Would go 3.5 but I don't have that option. Scheduled my truck to go in for an oil change, transfer case/transmission fluid change, and a repair on the driver's side folding mirror. Service advisor asked if I could leave the truck "for a couple of days", which was fine. Dropped it off on Monday at 0745; by Wednesday afternoon I'd not heard anything about the repairs. Called the service center and was told (by a different advisor) that they had done the oil change but were backed up and that they may need to keep my truck for another week. Told them that wasn't possible as I was leaving town and needed my truck. She said to call back and talk with my original advisor. Called him Friday morning, and he had to check with the techs and see where they were with it and would call me back. By 3:00 that afternoon he called back, said the fluid changes were done and that they had the part in stock for the mirror and could give me a quote. I approved the repair, but again stressed that I
Bought a vehicle and Jose helped us out, great job, didn't take long and we did not have a bad experience like we do at most dealerships
I went with 5 stars but would have preferred to select 4 1/2 stars. The sales lady and finance manager were great and helped us enjoy the purchase of our vehicle. Coming to an agreement on price, dealing with the sales manager, was the only part of our experience that we did not enjoy. He basically backed us into a corner, used “supply and demand” against us, and said take it or leave it. If I treated my customers the way he did his, I would be looking for a new job. Again, the rest of our experience was great!! Selena was great and I felt bad for her being put in an awkward position of negotiation.
