Geo's Import Auto Repair

I dropped off my 2003 Volvo S60 on Tuesday May 5, 2020 because the cluster that I had replaced in August of 2019 had gone bad. George and his staffed checked and it was still under warranty. Since the cluster had to be sent out for repair/replacement they called me every Tuesday to give me a status update until I got my baby back. George is knowledgeable, trust worthy and affordable. The staff at Geo Imports is always courteous and professional! It’s a busy shop so if you have any issues at all give them a call, if no response the first time…call back. George values his business and cares his customers. He will always make it right.

My check engine light came on and my regular mechanic gave me a list of half a dozen codes that were showing. He recommended George as the Volvo expert. My check engine light went off, then came back on, then went off again. (I believe in angels). I took my car in to George with a list of the codes. He did a very thorough diagnostic and told me that everything was as it should be. I didn't need to have anything done. A less reputable shop could have easily done the work the codes called for and billed me for it. Not George. He is a man of integrity and only charged me for a diagnostic. He is now my mechanic. Had to go back for a problem when my cruise control and odometer quit, and a bunch of light came on. He knew what it probably was before even hooking it up to the computer. I took my 2010 Mercedes E350 to them at the beginning of the year to have a part replaced. After I drove off that same day my fluid light came on. I brought it back and the mechanic said they didn't top it off so he went ahead and did it ...no biggie, people make mistakes and they did correct it. So a week ago I take my car in for an oil change and other work totaling $1100.00. When I was there I expressed that I wanted EVERYTHING fixed that may be wrong with it. I even put it on the paper they give you to fill out. So of course they call me with the diagnostic, tell me what all was wrong, so I say no problem you can fix it. I picked my car up the next day, go home, and the next day I go to get in it, cranked my car it was a whistling noise and my check engine light was on. When I took my car in there was no light. So I called them and left a detailed message. I have yet to even get a call back. I took it to 2 places to get a read and it confirmed that there was an issue and that part
