I told Jose I Think my car may needed a thermostat, ( I asked for a price if it was thermostat) I let him know that I wasn’t sure what the problem was because I’m not a mechanic. I asked if he could find out what the problem was and he said yes we will check it out and see what’s going on! Ladies always ask for diagnostic. Jose didn’t check my car instead he just put a thermostat on and I drove my car a mile and it ran extremely hot faster than b4. He didn’t fix the problem but said it’s my heads but that he didn’t know anything about fixing it. $250 plus part and coolant just to have car towed back home. My experience was awful.

Every one there was awesome. Inviting when we got there. Explained and showed what was wrong. Got it fixed and went over some pointers and away we went with a kind firm hand shake and good bye . I have never had a bad experience here and I will continue to get my family's cars fixed here.
