I went to express oil change to get my inspection and Mike, who advised I failed the inspection due to broken tail light, went over and beyond by offering to put my tail light on once I got a new one. Not only did he keep his word but he also checked my car to ensure it was also up to par with my upcoming travel. Mike is the best, and I will now be going to, “Express Oil Change”, for my service needs. Thanks Mike!!!!

This was my first time visiting this place. They gave me a coupon pack which all the coupons in the pack were expired. Then when I asked how much for the oil change to my shocking surprise they quoted me over $90 dollars. I was told it was so expensive because it was synthetic oil and that is the type of oil the car took. Since I was there and I needed it done quickly I decided to do it even though it was too pricey. Overall the staff was great at explaining things to me when asked. They stated that they put 6 quarts of oils in there when other places only use 5. To be honest it is just better to wait the hour or 2 to get the oil change. You don’t just get an oil change like here at express oil change, it comes with more maintenance checks and will cost you less. But if you are in a hurry and need just a basic oil change this is your place.

I recently bought a new Audi and had a “reduce oil level” notification. I went to two Audi dealerships that were unable to help me. I pulled in here and was immediately greeted by Mike and Caden. They were so friendly and willing to help me. They fixed my problem and had me in and out of there in ten minutes. Great customer service and this will definitely be my family’s new go to place.
