I would love to give a positive review of the service for this garage but sadly I didn’t make it past the very pointed and rude receptionists.I called about service and warranty work for my Jaguar and was told they don’t take appointments to make it easier for you to drop off your vehicle and it could only be done at 8:30am. Also when I asked if there was a garage in the area with a more accommodating customer service model regarding appointments and timing they became very aggressive. Getting a foreign car serviced in the valley is difficult but at this particular garage its a critical challenge. No matter how snazzy the garage looks, always remember you can put lipstick on a pig.

Super nice family owned business. Clean and classy place. Hertz Rent-a-Car right on site. The folks here are the top of the line. We were there traveling from Maine. They got my Mini in the shop very quickly and had a diagnosis. Excellent honest communication. My repair would have been an easy one to take advantage of us, instead they went beyond to try and save us money and the time without the car. Thank you Mike, Chris, and Hertz! ????
