Bought my truck in July 2022, had a retrofit for parking sensors due to part shortages, which I understand, they told me it’ll be available in about 3 months from day of purchase which wasn’t true, was barely contacted 15 months later. The upsetting part was that after taking some time off from work to take it in for that recall and waiting 3 hrs for 2 simple screws they tell me that the sensor that was to be installed came in damaged. You would think before disassembling my truck they would have inspected the sensor. So their response was we will have to order another sensor and have you come again whenever it gets here. Very unprofessional service.
Their sign is a lie. It says "ALL MAKES - ALL MODELS." So I stopped to get my tail light fixed. "What kind of vehicle is it, sir?" "A Ford F150" "Oh we are Clark Chevrolet. We only work on Chevrolet." So don't waste your time. I will never buy a car from Clark Chevrolet.
Great place to get a tune up on your vehicle. No appointments needed. Wait time was minimal. Once the got to mine service was fast and employees were very friendly. Will be coming here again.
