Austin and the team were great! I called in to drop off my car shortly after they opened for an engine diagnostic test. Austin checked in with me and had the problems fixed by lunchtime! And the pricing is fair, as well. I definitely recommend Star Automotive for any of their services.

Brought in my 2004 Ranger because the lower ball joints were completely blown out and the truck was making awful creaking and clunking sounds. I was recommended to Star by a fellow Rural Mail Carrier who also has a POV. We ended up changing the upper / lower ball joints and control arms. They had the parts overnighted, had it fixed the next day, and at a completely comparable price (looked 3 other places). Job well done! This truck is as quiet as a mouse and such a better ride.
