This an honest review . We took our daughters car to get the air conditioner fixed . It was blowing hot air , with this Texas heat she needs cool air for her to drive around in . We go pick up the car , and the guy says “ oh the air is really cool now .” So like an honest trusting consumer , we wrote a check for 1100 dollars . We get in the car the air is blowing hot . We go back in the office , the mechanic said “ I will run a machine on it and see what the problem is .” He comes back to say , “ it looks like it’s another problem , we will need more money.” I could not believe what they did . We lost 1100 dollars and the car is still not cooling air . As I look at their website they have the nice fancy sports car’s advertising their business . I understand why it’s called Perks Automotive because they rip people off for their “ Perks “ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE . This is shameless. We do not recommend this place . Proceed with caution. Scammers ! Zero stars ! Service: Air

Perks did a great job on a not-so-easy job on my 31-year old Euro Mercedes. Lots of unusual parts to be sourced. I have been putting Perks to the test with my three older Mercedes and Porsche Cayenne Diesel. They have performed beautifully and earned my business. Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My dad took my sisters car into their shop, was told the issue was repaired, and he paid them, BUT come to find out the issue was in-fact not repaired. Reading the other reviews it appears to be a common theme. Once is a mistake but three times is a pattern. My dad attempted many times to speak with the owner however was consistently avoided and was even hung up on. The avoidance and defensiveness in the replies speaks volumes of the companies character. Personally wouldn't bring business to this shop.
