The customer service at Jeremi's is awesome! From the first time I called until I picked up my car, the customer service was spot on! Although Jeremi's did not complete the repairs on my car, they gave me a hassle free estimate on my car repair. Yes, there was a fee for the estimate but the fee was told to me upfront and it was worth the price. The only reason they did not compete the work on my car is because we got the work done at the dealership we bought the car at because Jeremi's told us to ask them to fix it because we had just bought the used car from them. Very honest mechanics!
