I have been a customer for almost 10 years and find this company to be professional and honest. I had an oil change done by a local company and they forgot to put some of the parts back when they finished. Shane was honest and took a picture of the issue. I just appreciate Williams Auto Repair.

Justin and Shane are the only mechanics I would ever trust when it comes to auto repair. My family and I have used them for years and would recommend anyone having car troubles to use them.

Took my pickup in to get it fixed because it wouldn’t start. Told them I thought it was the starter. They called me back and told me my engine was froze. Had no explanation other than “oh it just happens sometimes” which isn’t an explanation. Engines don’t just freeze like that without any warning and with plenty of oil. Took my pickup to a different mechanic and he replaced the starter. My pickup runs fine now. Nearly cost me $5,000-$7,000 minimum for a new engine and I would have had the exact same issue when the problem was a $300 starter. Never going back to Williams.
