I got an oil change and had my tire air pressure checked. Considering I went in after lunch the time spent waiting was reasonable. The wait was mainly on the tire issue as they checked each tire for leaks and replaced a couple of valve cores at no charge. The tires were purchased there. The personnel was very courteous.

I usually come here with all my car related business but that is about to stop. I have been waiting for my car to be fixed for almost 2 weeks. Every day that I call the staff made it seem like I was a burden when I was checking on my car or said it wasn’t there. Wouldn’t you check that a car was indeed not there before telling a customer that? Or transferred me to some older guy that had no clue what he was talking about. When I called this morning to find out the status of my car the staff couldn’t seem to care less. They had finally gotten my part and instead of working on my car they said “maybe they could get to it later.” I find it kind of baffling that my car has been there almost 2 weeks and it wouldn’t be the first one they would work on. Overall attitude of the staff seem inconvenienced by their JOB and rude to customers even when they’re being polite. I came in thinking I needed a brake job and an oil change… they changed the oil and informed me my brakes had over 50% life left so the brakes werent needed. Most places would have done it anyway for money but these guys are honest. Its refreshing to know that places like this are still around. I will come here for my car needs from now on.
