Firestone Complete Auto Care

Avoid this place at all costs. Been here since my scheduled time at 730AM - 1PM for an alignment and diagnosis. The customer service is inexistent. I watched so many walkins get their vehicles taken care of while mine sat there waiting. When I asked once or twice an hour for 5 hours why its taking so long, they told me there was always one or two cars in front of me. How? Service: Wheel alignment

Max was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. They took to loNG. was the first person in line when they opened all I needed to be done was to put the rim into a new tire.. it's 1227 and they still have not put the rim in my new tire like what the he'll I've seen them do it. It takes literally 10 minutes to do that... idk but they ain't doing there best got 3 people inside just standing around...
