The people here were very friendly and extremely helpful. 10/10 customer service. Right before I left they told me about the Firestone Credit Card and some of the generous perks that come with it, and I got approved the same day! 10/10 Firestone!!!
Hit a curb. Needed a new tire. Arrived an hour before close. Easy right? Still sitting here all alone in the lobby one hour AFTER close. Two hours total and I’m the only customer. Watching guy walk back and forth across shop. Pick up tool. Walk back. Walk back across. Pick up paper. Walk back across. Service: Tires
What’s the point of having an appointment as an option and can’t fulfill? This the second time, always don’t have the manpower for appointments.
