Brandon's Auto Repair & Diesel Service

I had used Brandon's for several vehicles, expensive, but they did the work in a somewhat timely manner. The last time I brought trucks in, which was January of 2023, they sat on them for 3 months. I paid for a new motor for one truck upfront, yet I am sure the motor was never ordered or at least until I was ready to move it due to no communication. Each time I called, I was told that they were fixing to get started on it. I went over in person at the begining of April to find that they did not have the motor for that truck, it was still setting where the wrecker dropped it off. Truck number 2 delivered during the last week of December had just been taken in. No transmission yet, which I paid for as soon as they billed me during the first two weeks of January. Again same story, they were getting started on my truck each time I called during February, March and the first week of April. Very pleased with the service provided. Especially like the detailed service needed form they messaged me. I could accept or decline each service individually and the price for each was listed also. I recently had some work done on my 2500 Dodge Ram by Brandon's. We were heading up to Colorado pulling a large 5th wheel when we started having transmission problems. This was an unexpected stop and we needed help in order to continue our trip. Brandon and his team really stepped up to help. Tawny made us feel welcome and assured us they would do everything they could to get us back on the road. Nate got to work on the truck, figured out the issue and communicated his findings to the company (ATS Diesel) that installed the transmission. ATS was unwilling to help, but that didn't stop Brandon's team. They got us patched up and on the road. A couple days later I received a message from Brandon asking if we made it okay. Their customer service and auto repair work are outstanding.
