Excellent customer service! I had an interlock in my car and had already taken it to another shop that said it would be an inconvenience to deal with. I came across Car Star and they were more than happy to help me despite having the device. They kept me updated during the entire process, and my car was ready at the date they said it would be ready. They also went the extra step to provide me with documents I needed to report to my probation officer. I was very satisfied with their services and would use them in future if I needed it.
