Frank had a full schedule, but knew we had some family issues and had a strut fail and we had another needed trip within 2 days. He said to bring it in and he would make sure it gets done. 2013 F-150. Had an oil leak diagnosed as a turbo leak by another shop and they wouldn't even try to fix it! The guy at that shop recommended I go to a dealer. Dealer estimated mucho $$$$. Brought it to Frank, turned out to be leaking at the vacuum brake pump. It sits above the turbo so it looks like the turbo is leaking. Thank you Frank for your honest diagnosis and great service!
