What a top notch business. This is second time I have needed car repair assistance and it is finally a pleasure to have found an auto repair shop I can trust to take care of my vehicle. They have great customer service, especially in providing me a ride while servicing my car and they really know their stuff. I appreciate the honesty and integrity knowing they will explain what is going on with my car and I know exactly what needs to be done, if anything, or just preventative maintenance. Great mechanics!

Called to have a broken shift cable repaired and after explaining the situation, and telling the guy on the phone everything he needed to know, I was told to take it to a transmission shop??? I explained again that I was sure it was the shift cable and the trouble shooting steps I took he was sure he couldn't help and I needed to go to the transmission shop. Needless to say I called someone else. Christian Brothers knew exactly what was wrong over the phone, with the same explanation, and had it fixed in a day. I barely finished my first sentence and they knew what was wrong. Hell I knew exactly what was wrong. It's hard to understand why Redmond's didn't get it? Just tell me you don't want the work. Don't send me to a transmission shop.

After another shop tried charging hundreds for brakes and rotors I know I didn’t need I decided to get another opinion. I am so thankful I was referred to Allen! I was missing one bolt. He replaced that as well as fixed my back door which was causing issues to open and close. Such a sweet and honest man. I am so grateful! Thank you!!
