Mike's Body Shop

I came across this shop when one of my front lights unexpectedly went out and went to the nearest place to get help. The guy there was super nice and helpful! It was raining and during lunch time, yet someone still managed to look into my problem and help me figure out the easiest way to fix it. I asked them about other possible services I need for my car, they quoted me and were honest with their answers. Would likely come back if I ever needed anything. Thank you!!

Horrible work done leaving more damages to the truck than it had when it arrived and still Charged my insurance $11,000. The condition of the truck is so awful we are ashamed to even drive it with the horrible quality of work done. They completely took advantage of an 84 year old disabled Vietnam Veteran by doing this and continuing to ignore my request for Management to atleast look over the damages their shop caused and lack of repairs completed. My insurance cost has now almost doubled. The shop had the truck for over 4 months and suddenly completed repairs after receiving a call from Geico that I had to return the rental car. They brought the truck to the house in the rain (couldn't see the extent of how horrible it was) Damages: scratches around back glass, paint running down back glass and bed, tare in back seat, dents and deep scratches all around the "repairs" , broke all tabs on the number feeder, weatherstripping damaged on back driver side, several services charged but not

My photos aren't great, due to reflection & lighting, but the work done by Mike's was outstanding. I was parked & a truck backed into me, she was very nice about it & I used a shop that her insurance worked with in my hometown. From my first call my experience was great & a welcome relief in these crazy times! Diana was so helpful & instrumental in getting me a rental car. Simon & Carlos walked me through everything from drop off to picking up my repaired car. All three were very helpful, knowledgeable, reassuring, & thoughtful. I want to also compliment the awesome mechanics & paint experts for doing such a nice job. My car is 10 yrs & the paint matches perfectly. I highly recommend Mike's Body shop on Business 121 in Lewisville!
