Very helpful. Samuel at the front desk made my experience very pleasant and fast. Have been going to all different Firestone locations for years and this location on Main Street in Lewisville is definitely the best!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone with automotive needs!! Went to get some air in my tires and I noticed I had a nail in one of them. I asked how much for a repair and was verbally quoted $30 + fees. At the register, I was told the actual price was $40 + fees. It seemed high but since I was already there I told them to fix it. While waiting I called another Firestone and they quoted me $20 + fees. I also called Discount Tire and they said the repair would be free! No complaints on the Firestone staff as they were friendly however I will not be returning to this location. Service: Tires
I had a flat tire they helped me out and gave me a ride to pick up the tire I needed great service highly recommend for your needs to auto repair. Staff was great
